The PreACT is a standardized test recommended especially for tenth graders. It provides a baseline prediction of how students will perform on the actual ACT college entrance exam. Students in grades 8-12 can take this test.

Many colleges and universities require test scores for admission to PSEO programs, and most will accept PreACT scores in lieu of ACT or SAT scores.

This test will help homeschooling parents evaluate their students' readiness for college and/or PSEO. It will show areas where students excel and those where further preparation is needed.

The test will be given in a comfortable, low-anxiety environment proctored by Rebecca Hope, Executive Director of Mid-Metro Academy. Families will receive score reports about three weeks after the test date. Reports may be picked up at Mid-Metro Academy after you receive notification, or you may provide a prepaid envelope if you want the results mailed to your home.
